Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or reassigned to another attendee. All tickets must be purchased for a specific attendee using their full legal name and unique, valid email address.

If you purchase a ticket for someone else, it is considered a gift and remains assigned to that attendee. It cannot be transferred to another person. The only

place that you can purchase a ticket for Grand Strand Affair 2026 is from our

ticketing website. 

Event tickets to Grand Strand Affair 2026 become the property of the person

listed as the event attendee on each ticket immediately upon payment. 

We do not honor placeholder or duplicate tickets for our event or ticket transfers

between private parties. We require that all tickets be purchased for you or other real

people at the time of purchase.

Each attendee is required to register using their full legal name as it matches

their legal ID and provide a unique and valid email address for themselves at the

time of ticket purchase.  If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else and do not

have their correct email address and full correctly spelled legal name, DO NOT

purchase a ticket for them without confirming. Again, best practice for someone you do

not know well and do not share this information with is to simply gift them the ticket

funds another way and allow them to handle their own purchase.

Ticket Rollover

If you are unable to attend Grand Strand Affair 2026, you may request to roll for the 2027 event.

Rollover requests must be submitted to grandstrandaffair@gmail.com before the start of the event on November 19, 2026. Requests made after the event begins will not be eligible.

Rollover tickets may only be used by the original attendee and cannot be transferred to another person.

If Grand Strand Affair 2026 is canceled by the organizers, tickets will automatically roll over to the 2027 event.
